Yes I get it mostly every day. there is always someone that comes up to me and starts being rude and i have to do my best to content my self because i do not like to be disrespected. Well the person came up to me and said that it was my job to do a certain thing and to hurry up with it cause i suck and i just had to said OK and let it go.

Week Six
Describe how you feel physically while working. What changes or stays the same as you work?
well I feel great when I'm working I move around more and get a little exercises going while I'm at school. Also my body seems to like moving around not just sitting around like i do in most classes. well while I'm at work I cannot let any personal problems show and always keep a happy smile for the costumers. well and at of all not much changes I just stay the same.

Week Five
Has there been a time where you made an error either with money or dealing with a customer? Explain what happened and how you corrected it. What will you do differently next time?
well yes I have made a mistake while dealing with money at Jittery Joe's. One time I had sold a cup of ice and instead of putting in $.20 in the register I put $2.00 and i didn't know what to do so I had to tell the teacher what happened and she said it was fine and not to let it happened again. next time I won't let it happen and I'm going to be careful of what I type in.

Week Four
Do you have classmates asking you for free drinks or pastries? You aren't alone! Some of your peers will ask you this frequently, causing you to make an ethical decision. How have you handled it in the past? How will you handle it in the future?
Not really no one has asked me for anything free while I'm at Jittery Joe's. Even if they did I would not give it to them because it is not my products. Well I haven't gotten into any of those situations so if I did I wouldn't do it. If It comes up in the near future I wouldn't give nothing to them.

Week Three
Talk about tasks that can be done when the coffee shop is slow. What types of things can you be working on to still be a productive worker?
While the work is slow at Jittery Joe's i can either work on any other classes I have. I could also check to see what out of place and fix it or restock the supplies. There is much to be done at Jittery Joe's so their really isn't much time for me to sit around i always have something taking up the time while I'm working.

We are already beginning to talk about customer service. Talk about a positive customer service experience you have had working at Jittery Joe's.
While working at Jittery Joe's I have noticed that I have to Greet every person that comes to the counter so they can feel welcomed and cared for. I have also noticed that while I'm working at Jittery Joe's I have to always keep a smile on my face and not let any other problems I'm going through show because I'm in my work area.

yes this is my first job experience and also its my first time using a cash register. I am learning to work with my co-workers, how to use the cash register, and how to make coffee. I think working at jittery jobs will help me if in the future i work at at a cash register or at a coffee shop because I will be able to make the lattes etc.
