Week Two

We are already beginning to talk about customer service. Talk about a positive customer service experience you have had working at Jittery Joe's.

While working at Jittery Joe's I have noticed that I have to Greet every person that comes to the counter so they can feel welcomed and cared for. I have also noticed that while I'm working at Jittery Joe's I have to always keep a smile on my face and not let any other problems I'm going through show because I'm in my work area.
